Enjoy perfectly crispy and flavourful pakoras in no time with our Crafted Special Instant Pakora Mix. Made from a premium blend of gram flour and carefully selected spices, this mix brings the authentic taste of homemade pakoras with minimal effort.
Just add water and your favourite vegetables, fry to golden perfection—and enjoy a crunchy, comforting treat every time!
Ingredients:
Gram Flour (Besan), Rice Flour, Cumin, Coriander, Carom Seeds (Ajwain), Turmeric, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi), Baking Soda, Salt, and Special Spice Blend.
How to Prepare:
For Pakoras:
1️⃣ Add the pakora mix to chopped vegetables (onion, potato, spinach, etc.). check salt, add some if needed.
2️⃣ Mix and sprinkle in water gradually until the ingredients bind together.
3️⃣ Deep-fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.
For Beguni (Aubergine Fritters):
1️⃣ Add the mix to a bowl and slowly add cold water (the colder the better) to create a smooth, lump-free, flowing batter. Add a teaspoon of hot oil. (Check salt, add more if needed.)
2️⃣ Soak thinly sliced aubergine (or any vegetable) in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain completely.
3️⃣ Dip each slice in the batter and deep-fry in moderately hot oil.
4️⃣ Serve hot with chutney or a cup of tea!
🍗 Chicken Pakora (Serves 2–3)

🧂 You’ll Need:

250g boneless chicken (small pieces or strips)

½ cup Crafted Pakora Mix
- Salt to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1 tbsp chopped coriander or mint (optional)

Water as needed

Oil for deep frying
👩🍳 Method:

In a bowl, mix chicken with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and herbs. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes. (Add more salt if needed.)

Add Crafted Pakora Mix and just enough water to coat the chicken in a thick batter.

Heat oil on medium heat. Dip chicken strips in the batter and fry the pieces in batches until golden and crispy.

Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
